Visited around 2–3 PM on a Sunday, and the restaurant wasn’t very busy at the time. We came in excited and hungry, looking forward to a good meal. We were seated at a small table, basically elbow to elbow, despite there being several empty tables available. We spent some time looking over the menu, which has a lot of great options, and talked about what we wanted to order. However, we ended up waiting about 10–15 minutes before a waitress came over to take our drink order. At one point, we genuinely thought we had been forgotten. There were only about 3–4 other tables occupied, so the delay was surprising.

The wait was long enough that we even agreed we would leave if no one came over soon. Thankfully, just a few minutes later, our waitress finally came by and took our drink order. To avoid waiting even longer, we decided to place our appetizer and entrée orders at the same time.

The food itself was okay, but by then, the long wait had already taken away from the overall experience and excitement. Overall, I’d rate it a 4/10. I wish the experience had been better—it didn’t feel worth the drive from Wallops Island, VA

We went to Harpoon Hannah's. My wife's 1st time, and I hadn't been there in many years. It was a delightful experience. The view is amazing as it is right on the water. The view was only surpassed by the food and service. It was a beautiful day and despite staffing at winter levels the crowd was at summer levels. Despite that our server was very attentive and informative. The triple lobster tails were cooked and seasoned perfectly and sweet. The crab stuffed rockfish was absolutely amazing. We also ordered the crabmeat edd rolls as an appetizer and they were at the same level. They start you off with a dessert tray of mini muffins - coconut, blueberry and some raisin bread. They were tastyenough on their own to go back.

Used to come here a lot more 20 years ago. Wanted to try the crab pretzel and honestly couldn’t have tasted more bland with very little crab and way too much cheese to cover up the lack of seafood. Would not get again. We added old bay and salt to it to help it out. Ended up only eating part and got cream of crab soup which we split and even that needed help in the seasoning department. If it wasn’t for the view, there’s plenty of other places to go in town that have an awesome view! Might return but doubtful
