We have been returning to this hotel for our summer vacation for the past few years. Most of the rooms were recently renovated and are spacious enough to fit a family of 6 comfortably. The kitchenette is perfect for cooking meals in the hotel to help save money. The hotel restaurant is also delicious. Pool/hot tub area is beautiful and there is drink/food service out there. We always get a pool/ocean view room and when you go on the balcony it feels like you are at a resort. You are literally steps from the beach and can easily go back and forth between the pool and the beach. Shopping and activities are right across the street and the drive to the rides/boardwalk is not very long. The staff is wonderful as well. Michelle, one of the managers, is so accommodating with trying to make any requests possible and always a pleasure to talk to. She is honestly one of the reasons we keep returning because we know that she clearly does her best to make the guests happy. Just a wonderful place to stay!

I'll start by saying I would stay here again. Great location on the beach and walking or short driving distance to great restaurants. Many of the rooms have been renovated and you should ask for one if that matters. Our kids' room was and very well done. Our room was top floor and ocean view, but not. It was a bit run down, but spacious. Housekeeping was disappointing. We had to specifically ask for service each time. Great outdoor pool bar that they shut down at 8pm. Fun daytime scene and quiet nights!

Definitely will not be staying again. We booked a garden view room. To our surprise garden view doesn’t mean view of garden we had a lovely view of the inside of the condo next door. Also no oven like the website list- we had brought tons of food to cook while we were there. I called to the front desk explaining everything and her words were we could move you but the other rooms aren’t nice. So we paid 1200$ to move to a gross room?? Next morning I went down to speak with the front desk personally to ask for some sort of refund back as we were not given what we paid for. I was told by the rude front desk person that they would not give any type of refund because they offered a solution - the solution being put me in a room that is outdated and not what I paid for ( I also read every review and it says the outdated rooms are disgusting and moldy. So why would I switch to that?? Also I didn’t meet one front desk employee there that was friendly they all have attitudes and are not friendly. On a positive note the cleaning people did an excellent job in our room and they were actually very nice.
