Excellent stay for our family of 4. Spacious & clean rooms, very friendly staff, delicious food & drinks, outstanding views, neat activities, beautiful atmosphere and overall great experience. Only suggestion would be more elevators, as they seemed to be crowded/longer waits than most hotels. But honestly didn't ruin vacation or anything.

We always stay at Residence Inns, and this is one of the nicest ones. The room is spacious and well-kept. We had a bayside balcony room, and it was lovely to sit there. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and gave a lot of extra towels when we asked. The breakfast area is large and very nice, and the food was up to standard.
Our only complaints are the same ones we say at every Residence Inn. The pillows are flimsy, and the coffee is terrible. Even their cold brew was thin and tasteless. I think they can do better.
Despite those quick concerns, we will definitely be back.

Everything was excellent! The room was very clean and spacious. The view from the balcony was beautiful! Both a smooth check in and check out. Paola and Megan assisted us with both. They were very professional and friendly. Customer service goes a long way with us and they were awesome! We will definitely be back!
